Payment shall be made to Texas Tradeshow Services, Co. upon completion of the services described in this Labor Order Form contract/service agreement. If any invoice is not paid when due, intrest will be added to and payable on all overdue amounts at 2% per month. In addition to any right or remedy provided by law, if signatory agents company fails to pay for services due Texas Tradeshow Services, Co. has the option to treat such failure to pay as a material breach of this Labor Order Form contract/service agreement and may cancel this Labor Order Form contract/service agreement and/or seek legal remedies.
